RN Auditor - Telecommute

At Grace Care Consulting we have a large national network of qualified clinicians who are responsible for providing compassionate, reliable and professional health care services to our various clients across the United States. Our niche area is in the Managed Care Industry where we work closely with various Managed Care clients across the country to support their mission of delivering quality services to their member population while containing costs. Our clinicians are experienced in Case Management, Care Coordination, Needs Assessments, Medication Adherence Counseling, Post Hospital Assessments, Medication Reconciliation and/or Level of Care Determinations. These clinicians are available to work on a consulting, permanent, temp to permanent or per diem basis. Grace Care Consulting is certified in Pennsylvania as a Veteran Owned Service Disabled Small Business.

Grace Care is currently searching for a motivated, self-driven, organized RN with experience in MDS-HC, MMQ and/or Long-Term Care. This position is a full time, Monday-Friday position. The selected candidate will work from home to review documentation and audit records. 3-4 days/month on site is required. Most on-site audits take place in Central and Eastern Mass. Experience with geriatrics and/or long term care is preferred. We are looking for HIGH QUALITY individuals with a desire to work in a great environment and with a great team.
