The Clinical Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) responsible for managing and coordinating patient care during an assigned shift. This leadership role involves: Overseeing patient placement and ensuring adequate staffing resources. Promoting safe, effective care delivery and stepping into a staff nurse role when needed. Serving as a liaison between hospital departments and services. Supporting staff development, problem-solving, and independent decision-making. Participating in quality improvement and professional development programs. Maintaining compliance with DNV, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
