KinergyCare is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented self-starters able to work remotely via telephone. Work location can be flexible but you must be able to hold client conversations in a private, HIPAA compliant manner. KinergyCare is currently supporting patients in Southwest Virginia. We require applicants to reside in Virginia. A background check will be performed before hiring.

Excellent communication skills: both verbal and in writing. Ability to communicate with older adults, varied socioeconomic backgrounds, and educational levels in an understanding, non-judgmental manner is imperative. Dependability. Timely and complete documentation to ensure any issues are properly handled per company standards. Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent customer service skills ā ability to understand and exceed customer expectations while demonstrating the highest standards of care, respect, and confidentiality. Experience in a healthcare setting providing care coordination and coaching of geriatric patients is required since that is the patient profile KinergyCare supports. Must have a computer and reliable Broadband internet service.
