Job description

This is a great opportunity to be a part of an awesome program , work remotely and have a super flexible schedule. We are looking for a part time, 10-20 hours a week RN to be an important part of our substance use team in our medication assisted treatment program for people using opioid. We have a substance use program RN and a behavioral health RN- our nurses cover for each other when they are out. Compassion, collaboration, integrity and strong clinical skills are needed in this role. This position reports to our Clinical Director. Our RN will: • Meet with our new Opioid Health Home (OHH) clients remotely to complete medical intake, as needed • Share the coverage of our Medline, write telephone orders as required, and assist our prescribers with eprescribing in Dose Spot • Coordinate with other doctors’ offices • Assist in supporting the administration of our psychiatric medication management program as needed (infrequently) • While optional-we would like our nurse to make quarterly visits to our one 3 bed IDD group home in Winthrop for quality assurance purposes, including checking MARS, medication storage, delivery, and documentation. • provide support to Management as needed. Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Referral program Requirements Qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing • Experience with substance use clients and programs needed. Familiarity with behavioral health is desired as well • Registered Nurse license and active on Maine State Board of Nursing • Must live in Maine • Must be familiar with licensing and regulation requirements for OHH and Residential Teams- if visiting our group home Salary Description $32-34
