RN Note Reviewer Contractor

As an RN Note Reviewer you will work remotely for approximately 20 hours per week Monday through Friday reviewing the notes of our Licensed Practical Nurses and providing feedback in relation to Medicare's Chronic Care Management (CCM) program.

Reading notes taken by our LPN Care Coaches during check-in phone calls with patients. Evaluate these notes based on criteria set by our customer, Medicare and CMS. Ensure the notes are compliant and clinically meaningful. Providing feedback on notes to our Care Operations leadership team. Ensuring correction of any note errors or inaccuracies.
