We operate using a modern MSO model similar to platforms like Grow Therapy and Headway. Our clinicians focus on patient care while our team handles the non-clinical operations. We are seeking a dedicated Telehealth Physician or Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality medical care through virtual consultations. This role involves evaluating patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans across a variety of specialties, including primary care, psychiatry, dermatology, cardiology, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience with telehealth systems and a strong background in patient assessment and clinical decision-making. This position offers an opportunity to deliver accessible healthcare services remotely while utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical tools. Conduct comprehensive virtual patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical examinations using telehealth platforms. Diagnose a wide range of medical conditions across various specialties such as psychiatry, cardiology, endocrinology, dermatology, and others. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines. Utilize EHR systems like Epic and other EMR platforms to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for referrals, follow-up care, or specialized interventions such as medical imaging or laboratory testing. Provide patient education on health management, medication use, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care strategies. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of patient information. Participate in ongoing clinical research or telehealth program development to improve service quality.
