All transactions are securely routed through our registered Organization/Facility NPI network. This role gives you total medical autonomy to review clinical questionnaires and determine treatment plans for non-controlled general health conditions and acute infections.What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities): • Intake Evaluations: Efficiently review comprehensive, patient-submitted health histories, symptoms, stated allergies, and clinical metrics via our secure dashboard. • Independent Clinical Judgment: Assess case histories to identify potential contraindications, drug-disease interactions, or red clinical flags. You retain 100% authority to approve treatment, deny care, or request additional patient information. • Treatment Routing: For cases deemed safe and medically appropriate, electronically authorize non-controlled prescriptions. These are pushed via our platform straight to the patient’s home delivery network or local pharmacy choice. • Concise Documentation: Maintain accurate, secure medical summaries of your evaluation rationale within our HIPAA-compliant, encrypted system architecture. • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to the standard of care, your state’s telehealth board constraints, and federal prescribing rules. Texas licensure is highly valued, and multi-state active licensure is a major competitive advantage. • Prescriptive Authority: Active individual Type-1 NPI number with prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances. • Tech Literacy: Comfortable working inside a cloud-hosted digital medical workspace. • For Mid-Level Practitioners (NPs & PAs): Must possess or be ready to execute a valid prescriptive delegation or collaborative practice agreement compliant with your state licensing boards.
