Job Description Are you a compassionate and professional healthcare provider with a passion for supporting U.S. military service members? We are currently seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Advanced Practice Nurses (APNPs), or Physician Assistants (PAs) to conduct telephonic and video-based health assessments for service members. This role involves completing standardized assessments and referring patients to Military Treatment Facilities when needed. All assessments are conducted remotely, offering flexible hours and work-from-home convenience. Key Responsibilities • Conduct telehealth medical assessments (e.g., PDHRA, PHA) to evaluate service members’ fitness for deployment and post-deployment. • Review health history and make appropriate referrals for further evaluation or treatment. • Provide patient education and communicate test results clearly. • Maintain clear, legible, and up-to-date medical records in accordance with clinical and contract standards. • Participate in provider performance reviews and audits. • Complete all required compliance trainings (e.g., HIPAA, SC PHA). Requirements • Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Nurse (APNP), or Physician Assistant (PA). • Must hold a current, active, unrestricted license in Puerto Rico. • Malpractice insurance meeting or exceeding state and contract requirements. • Completion of required HIPAA and SC PHA training (Joint Knowledge Online platform).
