Triage Nurse

In the Triage RN role, you'll answer incoming calls, assess patient needs, offer guidance, handle prescription refills, and document everything in our EMR system. You’ll handle a variety of patient calls, ask the right questions to assess their needs, and use your clinical judgment to determine the appropriate next steps. As a Triage RN, you will collaborate closely with providers, document encounters in our EMR system, and ensure patients feel heard, supported, and informed. Prescription refill management, patient education, and care coordination are also key parts of this role.
