Hi, we're Fountain, a telemedicine company looking for a nurse practitioner to join our Fountain TRT and Fountain HRT programs. We’re seeking nurse practitioners with an active, unrestricted license in at least one of our current states: New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, or Wisconsin. Licensure in multiple states on this list is highly preferred. We cover the cost of additional state licensure as we expand. Fountain launched in 2021 as a men's health company. We're growing fast, now serving thousands of patients across 40 states, and we're expanding into new treatment categories. That's where you come in. This is a fully remote role, requesting 30 hours per week. You'll see patients over scheduled video visits and correspond with them between visits, practicing within established clinical guidelines. Where a state requires a collaborating or supervising physician, Fountain sets that up for you. Who we're looking for We want a nurse practitioner who understands hormone optimization and is committed to helping patients reclaim their energy, drive, and overall health. Hands-on experience prescribing and managing hormone therapy — TRT, HRT, or both — is required, and experience with both is a plus. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to collaborate on a fast-moving team. At Fountain, we go above and beyond on service. Providers get protected admin time in every shift, for example two 20-minute blocks in an 8-hour shift, plus natural breaks between visits, so the schedule stays manageable. Responsibilities • See patients via scheduled online video visits • Correspond with patients to answer their questions and provide counseling • Go above and beyond to make patients feel like they're in good hands Requirements • Active, unrestricted NP/APRN license in New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, or Wisconsin.
