FULLY REMOTE – MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE NYS RN LICENSE Pay: $60–$63/hr | 100% Remote Schedule Options: Full Time: 37.5-hour work week Part Time: Evening hours (5–8 PM) or weekends Start Date: Interviews and onboarding ASAP The Utilization Management Nurse assesses member needs and identifies solutions that support high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services. This role manages provider, member, and care team requests for medical services and issues clinical determinations in alignment with healthcare policies and state/federal regulations.

The nurse delivers timely notification of all clinical decisions and collaborates closely with management, physicians, subject matter experts, member representatives, and discharge planners. Responsibilities include utilization tracking, care coordination, and ongoing monitoring to ensure members receive appropriate, timely, and cost-efficient care. Works under general supervision.
