Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner – Virtual Care Pay Rate: $74/hr paid weekly (W2) Schedule: • Evening hours required (Ft or PT at times) • Every other weekend + some holiday hours required • 8-hour shift options: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, or 2:30 PM–11:00 PM • May be flexibility to work 4-hour shifts About the Role The Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care through a remote technology platform, independently providing holistic, evidence-based care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and disposition planning) for patients 18 months and older. Encounters are documented in an EHR and you’ll collaborate with a dedicated clinical team. Key Responsibilities • Evaluate primary care, acute, chronic, and transitional care patients • Provide patient counseling (including pregnancy prevention, STI prevention/safer sex practices, contraceptive counseling/med management) • Document all care in the EHR per policy • Coordinate care with internal/external colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes • Maintain patient confidentiality (PHI/HIPAA) • Deliver strong customer service and patient engagement • Manage workload independently; prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt throughout shift • Support operational tasks as needed (inventory, lab follow-up, calls, supplies, clinic support activities as applicable) Required Qualifications • Required state licensure: Maryland (MD) • Additional licensure from one of the following states: FL, OH, MA, DE, DC, KS, KY, MD, ME, NH, RI, VT • BLS certification (AHA or ARC required) — must provide screenshot of BLS and license • Master’s-level Family Nurse Practitioner program + current national board certification • NP/RN/APRN licenses in good standing (no current or prior disciplinary actions) • Minimum 2 years of medically relevant experience • Comfort working in a remote setting • Technology comfort (EHR use, information management) • Reliable high-speed internet: minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload • Ability/willingness to obtain multi-state licensure/privileges as needed Interested?
