Conduct virtual visits for common acute issues (fever, cough, infections, minor injuries, etc.) Provide primary care assessments, chronic care follow-ups, and routine check-ins Review labs, diagnostics, and patient messages through an integrated telehealth platform Develop treatment plans, prescribe when appropriate, and ensure continuity of care Document all encounters thoroughly in the EMR Collaborate with a supportive clinical and operations team as needed
